2. Information and sources
We receive information you provide, including name, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, selected products and options, order amounts and support messages. You may provide photographs or other information relevant to a product concern. Provide only what is needed for the request.
Account features, when used, require account and sign-in information.
Payment services process payment credentials. Information available to us includes transaction identifiers, status and limited details needed for orders and refunds. Do not send full card details, passwords or unrelated identity documents through support channels.
The storefront and its providers also process technical and interaction information, including IP address, browser and device characteristics, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, cart activity and checkout events.
Information comes directly from you, automatically through website interactions, and from providers involved in payments, delivery and store operation.
